Fusion Health and Wellness offers direct billing for Massage Therapy services to most private insurance companies. Policies differ from one another, and so our clinic must confirm with your insurance company whether or not we are able to direct bill for you.
Please make sure to bring in your benefit card to your first appointment so that we can set things up.
Insurance companies operate during regular business hours (8am-5pm) , if your initial appointment falls outside of these hours please contact the clinic prior to your appointment with your insurance information so we can confirm eligibility prior to your appointment.
Please check with your plan administration as to whether or not your policy requires a prescription from your family doctor. If this is a requirement of your policy, our clinic must have a current copy or have confirmation that a current prescription is on file with your insurance company. Prescriptions are valid for one year from the date they are written.
